Is there any way I can get a notification or alarm of some sort that tells me a certain user has surpassed their 100 MB badwidth limit on Internet usage?  Or can I pre-allocate how much surfing a certain IP range can do on the Internet?

I've seen posts on Radius use for this but not sure how or if it even does work - I am using Active Directory 2003 R2.

      Thanks.

You could use the captive portal with radius accounting for this. Other option is to use the bandwidthd package or something external that receives information from the pfflowd-package. Search the forum, this has actually been discussed a lot and solutions are around.
