SCP connection Error Code 4

Hi there,

I wanted to access the pfsense file system on my ALIX to upload a new theme folder.
Secure Shell is enabled within the admin console and I can connect via WINSCP using the credentials root and my related password, however if I try to create a new folder or upload any type of files I get Code 4 (Failure).

Any ideas what I'm missing here?

The ALIX will stay read-only by default. If you're going to be messing with it like that, it's probably best to switch it to permanent rw mode under Diag>Nanobsd in the web interface. You can also temporarily switch it over there, but a number of things will switch it back to read only unless you make it permanent. It'd be best to change it back to read only once you're finished working on it.

Thank you very much for your reply. Managed to get it done by re-mounting the file system to read write.
