Interface hotplug for running pfsense as router in openstack

Hi

We like to run pfsense VM as a router in Openstack cloud. There is no support yet for VLAN aware VMs in Openstack. They attach a virtual nic when an interface is added to the router. Does PfSense/FreeBSD image support this dynamic hot plugging of virtual nics?

If it doesn't, what are the options?
