Is there anything in pfSense (either builtin or a package) that tracks data transferred by computer or IP?

Preferably I'd like to be able to schedule a daily report to email me the top inbound and outbound traffic users. But I am open to other options (manually checking a graph, etc.)

I know there are options to look at the system traffic graphs and RRD graphs, but I haven't seen anything broken down for individual computers.

The Bandwidthd package will do what you want.  No mailed reports though.

Bandwidthd is ipv4 only, if that matters to the OP.

See more discussion in the relatively new traffic monitoring package subforum: https://forum.pfsense.org/index.php?board=62.0

Go and buy a RaspBerry PI 2 and then install Linux on it.
            Tiny Solutioin:
Install CACTI + the plugin nectar and/or MRTG that will give you even a detailed report and a Graph on top!
            Small solution
Install PRTG, 100 sensors are free for usage private and also in business
Email report and Graphs you like!

Ntop/NtopNG would do the trick for showign individual host usage, though it probably can't do emailed reports - unless you can script something yourself.
