  192.168.100.1 - GRE Tunnel IP.
  Static Route: 10.80.99.0/24 -> 192.168.100.1
- X.X.X.X - WAN
  10.80.99.0/24 - LAN
  192.168.100.2 - GRE Tunnel IP.
  Static Route: 10.201.99.0/24 -> 192.168.100.2

How is your outbound NAT configured? Firewall>NAT, Outbound.
