BANDWIDTH CONTROL PER IP

I wonder if anyone can give me a very urgent help what happens is that I need to control the bandwidth but by groups of ip, I have ordered the ips for business areas such as accounting is the range 192.168.1.100-192.168.1.112 is to be assigned only 120kb / s segment sales have 192.168.1.120-192.168.1.128 assign ips from 200 kb / s this is possible? can someone give me a hand from already thank you very much.

Yup. Set up different limiters then different pass rules for each block of IPs on LAN that call the different limiters.
You can save yourself a LOT of hassle by grouping your IPs on subnet boundaries.
192.168.1.100-192.168.1.112
192.168.1.96/28 covers 192.168.1.96 - 192.168.1.111
192.168.1.120-192.168.1.128
192.168.1.112/28 covers 192.168.1.112 - 192.168.1.127
etc.
That way you can make one rule to cover specific ranges of IPs.
