Share traffic / network

Hi,

I am looking to share the network over multi subnets.

So I have 1 wan (30/5 Mbps) and multi dmz behind it. And I wanna split the bandwith over all the dmz behind it.

If 5 Dmz are downloading max each one should get about 6Mbps. If only 2 are active it should be 15Mbps.

Anyone has a good tutorial for this?
