      Hi

      I install PfS on Virtualbox on Linux64 Debian. Here is my setup

      PfS server
      Lan0 bridged Dhcp (getting from the router)
      lan1 internal static  (10.3.0.0/24)

      Client
      Kali
      lan internal
      static ip (10.3.0.0/24)

      PfS is behind dd-wrt. So my router is my gateway. I realize this is not the right way to setup a firewall, however I am just testing my internal home network here.

      Everything works on the client. I can ping sites, ping my gateway, ping PfS etc.  I can look up dns and ping using the PfS web server,

      My problem seems to be that I cant open open web sites, well this statement is almost true. When I say I cant open I do not mean that it does not connect, they almost connect but (the browser even says connected, I even see the browser querying other cdns on the page) . For example when I connect to cnn,com, the browser gets the title (ie the head of the html) but it never loads the site, never finishes loading. I am able to load google (maybe because I am using 8.8.8.8 in the general setup dns server)  however I cant seem to load anything else.

      I went through the help pages about web pages not loading step through and the connectivity trouble shooting that is in the docs (lke setting the mtu, disabling bunch of options etc). Everything works based on those steps. However I cant load pages.  I added firewall rule for passing all the data as well. The routing table looks like the default goes through the gateway.

      I reinstalled PfS bunch of times, resetted to default multiple times with no luck. Therefor I am here to as for help.

      thanks

        Ok, after so much fiddling I figured out the issue. It was the MTU but not the MTU of the server, it was the MTU of the client.
