VOIP Phones not working SIP

Hi, I have installed and configured pfsense successfully, link failover also i confugred and its working fine, but the problem is VOIP(grandstreem devices) not able to get IP Address automatically If link1 fails VOIP devices will not get IP Address automatically from the firewall every time i need to restart the devices, but desktop systems getting the IP Address and also working fine…...
Problem with only grandstream devices Model HT502, Can you please Help me anyone...

They will hang onto the existing state. Did you make sure the checkbox under advanced, misc 'State Killing on Gateway Failure' is unchecked?
Also make sure the provider is allowing the phones to register from the WAN2 IP.
