      Are there any changes in 2.2 when IPsec was changed from racoon to strongswan? (meaning, is the way to do it still by adding additional phase2 entries or is it now possible to do this by adding routes?)

        Phase 2 entries are still necessary, there is no "routing" with tunnel mode IPsec.
