The firewall just stopped working today. I can't even find it on the network, the public IP is non-responsive as is the LAN IP. It wasn't a power event as it's on an APC UPS and my hardware has not recorded any events regardless. I've tried powering down and powering up the unit - but no change in status.

Any ideas how I can access the system?

Has it got a VGA connection, screen attached?

If not your looking for a serial port connection, console output.

        What is a PFW600?

          PFW600

I resolved the issue. Apparently something happened to either the LAN switch (HP Procurve) or the firewall. Half the ports on the HP were not communicating as well as the firewall being unresponsive on LAN and WAN ports. Removing the ethernet cable between them and power cycling restored operation on both. Everything appears to be working normally again. Not sure what happened there.
