Off Topic–-Windows Error--- Need help please

As the title states, this post is off topic and I apologize for putting here. I have been searching all over for the last week trying to find an answer for the errors I am receiving when I run GPUPDATE on one of my computers. It has a fresh install of windows and I have virus scanned it anyway just be sure but I am getting no internet hits on what this exact error is or what is causing it. Again, I apologize for asking this question here. If posting here was inappropriate I will gladly remove it.

does it happen when you try and run any other tools like netstat or ping, etc.
Did you do a simple SFC ? So is this on windows 8.1 or 2k12?
So I take it your running gpupdate this is a work setup, just re image.. what 10 minutes.
