      Hi guys,
Kindly let me if this is achievable with pfsense and how.

I have a 50mb / 12mb conncetion from my ISP, I need to share this connection evenly between two IPs so that each gets 25mb / 6mb at any given time, this is regardless on the usage of any of the IPs at any given time, each should always get 25mb / 6mb (the bandwidth should be static for each IP).

I have attached a sketch of my planned network, kindly let me know if its achievable and if yes, how can I do it.

      Regards

Sure.  Make two 25/6 limiter pairs and put rules on LAN passing traffic from one of them for traffic sourced from one router into one limiter and traffic from the other into the other.
