    NRPE not functioning right.

      I am trying to get NRPE to communicate with my Nagios server hosted separately. When i check the logs, I see the below output for it.

      May 8 10:24:28 	nrpe[84451]: Daemon shutdown

      I am also trying to figure out how i can get the arguments that the different plugins will accept. the one i am interested in is the check_ifstatus. I use a slightly modified version of this one for my switch and other network gear. The name of that plugin is check_snmp_ifstatus.pl Any help with this is very much appreciated.
