503 - Service Not Available - on pfsense 2.2.2

I am continuously seeing:
Hello

503 - Service Not Available
or
500 - Internal Server Error

Running pfsense 2.2.2 and getting this on serial port:

What is the cause?

Did you install bandwidthd? :P

I could have - probably the package was installed but maybe not enabled. Still, that is such a bad package if it does something like that.  :o
