USB Stick LiveCD with custom config file

Dear all,

I would like to make a rescue USB stick with LiveCD on it, containing my stable config file. The idea is in case of any software failure, the system to boot from my USB stick LiveCD loading my personal configuration file.

Is there any way I can insert into the LiveCD USB stick my configuration backup (config.xml)?

I'm looking forward to hearing from you guys.

Why don't you just install pfSense on the USB stick?

More easier just copy the NanoBSD image to your USB stick, and import your config into that.
