I configured a BIND slave zone, all DNS entries on master zone has been synced to slave zone. But after that, any new DNS entries on master zone are not updated to slave zone.

"Enable Notify" is enabled on master server. "Allow-transfer" has set the slave server IP.

I didn't find any place to define a slave on master zone. I tried pfSense v2.1.x and v2.2.x.

      Anything else needed to config?

      Thanks!

this should be in the package section - bind is not part of pfsense, its a an add on package, etc.

Yes, I have gone through the BIND server tabs under "Services". But the slave zone still not updated.

Can you give me a brief note on how to config the slave zone?

            Thanks.

I have the same problem, anyone have experience with this?  I have installed BIND and configured a slave zone to sync with the master, but it's not syncing.  Firewall is open on the LAN side so that shouldn't be an issue.
