      Hey All!
      We just got PFSENSE in. (Love it).

      We Have 2 subnets that we will be using 192.168.1.x and 2.x
      We also have a web filter that must be used by our school.

      I've successfully got Opt 2 and Opt 3 set to be our different subnets, and I can receive internet from them, BUT it is not filtered internet. I need this to go through our Lightspeed web filter.

      The setup we need is:

      Verizon Fios -> WAN
      LAN (192.168.4.1) -> 'External' connection on web filter
      'Internal' Connection on web filter -> Opt1

      I need to take the "pass through" connection from Opt1 and make that the internet connection for Opt 2 and Opt 3. How do I do that? And how should opt1 be configured to receive this connection and be set as a "wan"?

      We are using Lightspeed System Rocket which is a layer 2 device.

      Thanks!

        Can you provide a diagram of what you're trying to set up.

        I'm going to take a quick and somewhat uninformed guess here….

        The Lightspeed may be easier to set up in-line with the ISP equipment and pfSense.

        So, it would be:

        FIOS<->Lightspeed<->pfSense<->LAN

        I think the Lightspeed has two NICs and will allow you to pass traffic through it, thereby filtering everything.
