Problem when upgrading from 2.2.1 to 2.2.2

Hi,

I upgraded my box from 2.2.1 to 2.2.2 on Friday (using the auto-updater). The installed crashed, showing the error message in the attachment.

The installation was left for 30-40 minutes after the first reboot until I killed it (no display connected before the upgrade -> no image when connecting a monitor)

When I connected up a monitor and a keyboard, I saw the error message.

I tried various modes (recovery, single user) but no difference.

I ended up having to do a fresh installation and just restore my config file as I did not have time to fiddle around with it and attempt to recover the log/fix the problem.
