PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size in bytes exhausted

Greetings,

Came into work this morning and found this waiting for me:
Crash report begins. Anonymous machine information:

The firewall shows no signs of rebooting or failing over to the backup. Firewall has been running great without issues now since put into production a month ago.

Any thoughts?

Looks like out of memory. Is this an appliance? How much RAM? What packages, if any, do you have installed?
