Came into work this morning and found this waiting for me:

[28-May-2015 17:09:43 CST6CDT] PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 260833280 bytes) in /usr/local/www/exec.php on line 240The firewall shows no signs of rebooting or failing over to the backup. Firewall has been running great without issues now since put into production a month ago.
Any thoughts?

Looks like out of memory. Is this an appliance? How much RAM? What packages, if any, do you have installed?
