Ip address translate mac address

how do you forward the mac address to the wan
on the lan i can translate the local ip to the mac of the computer, but on the wan i can not translate the ip to the mac.
is it possible to forward the mac to the outside ip?

Are you trying to ARP lookup an IP from the WAN? what for?
Are you talking about a bridged setup? routed? NATed?
Do you want to spoof the MAC of a PC on the LAN to the WAN?Generally more information would be nice. (what are you trying to achieve?)
