      i need to forward "google.com"www.google.com" and "https://www.google.com" to this ip address 216.239.32.20, in order to force it not to use https, how would i go about doing that on pfsense? real simple like.

              turned off dns resolver, still not working. says invalid format.

                Yeah. You fail. The entire domain goes between the // and the format is totally wrong. Read again.

                  out of pure curiosity why do you want simple minded people not to use google via https?  What is the point of such a requirement?
