      Hi Guy

I have 1 pfsense with 2 NIC which are LAN and WAN.
i have to setup a captive portal for student WI-FI.
Static IP Address assigned for WAN port on pfsense box and connected to our 2960 switch with no configuration on that port,
and i am able to access the GUI from my computer.

Sorry im new to this i hope someone could help me, any help would be great and appreciate.

Obvious question, but which NIC are you trying to access the box from? Unless you've made specific changes to the rules, by default you won't be able to access the management GUI from the WAN side, only the LAN.
