      After a power cycle I'm getting this at the console.  I had a quick look at the file and its there.  Was not able to ID line 425…

      Able to boot now, but now getting the following
      tar: Retrying...
      tar: Damaged tar archive
      tar: Retrying...
      tar: Damaged tar archive

      Also the RRD graphs are gone.

        Do a fresh image with latest version and restore the config.

          That looks like there was no config at all and it was trying to upgrade the config from "0.0" to the present day.
          And then the tar of the RRD data was invalid (empty files or???).
          Maybe the whole /conf dir tree was borked somehow.
          As the doktor says - fresh image and restore your config.

            Was hoping to recover gracefully, but alas this was not to be so.  I've re-imaged and recovered from a previous backup.

            On another note 2.2.3-RELEASE has a smaller memory footprint from what I can see.
