It seems like the /tmp filesystem is not there. Login to the console and reboot for a start, that fixes things in the computer world :)
Watch the console during boot for problem messages about /tmp
If it still happens, then get out of the console menu (option 8) to command line and see if /tmp is there:

        ls -l /tmp

        What pfSense version?

        Full install or nanoBSD?

If you keep having problems, often a complete wipe and reinstall is the best most expedient thing to do if the system is not highly configured with alot of rules etc etc.

Yes, you have a disk problem.
Did you just upgrade from 2.1.* to 2.2.3?
That is a FreeBSD version change 8.3->10.1 and it is possible to have ATA Status Error stuff reported like that. There are different loader.conf.local things that can be set - there are threads on that that a search should find easily.

Otherwise if it has been running fine on 2.2.* for a while and this has just started then probably a real hardware issue.

What is this problem about loader.conf.local file?
Could you tell me what's problem and how to fix it?

It is only if you happen to have certain hardware where there seem to have been some regressions in disk things somewhere betwen FreeBSD 8.3 and 10.1. Since you have been running fine already on 2.2.* then you do not have hardware like that.
For reference an example thread is:
