URGENT | Need Suggestion - SG-4860 pfSense® Security Gateway Appliance

Hi!
I'm new to pfSense (suggested by one of the friend), and planning to purchase the subjected product, can anyone of the support team guide me which of the Appliance is suitable for the following infrastructure:-
8 Linksys LAPAC1750 AC1750 Dual Band Access Point

2 LRT224 Dual WAN Gigabit VPN Router (1 for Backup in case of Emergency, with the same configuration) "both WANs are connected"

2 HP V1910-24G-PoE (365W) Switch JE007A (using 2 Switches for Inter-connectivity)
We are running 4 VLANs (4 SSIDs as well with QoS enabled for specific purpose), and would like to monitor the traffic over the VLANs, as well The Appliance will replace the Routers.

I've created a Test Lab, by installing pfSense on one of the Desktop Machine with 3 Network Cards:-
2 Network Cards for WAN (as we have 2 WANs coming "Inter-connectivity")

1 Network Card for LAN
When I was trying to enable the VLANs on the pfSense, the Internet was not working as well I was not able to get the IPs from the specified VLAN. I don't know why but this was the happening and I wasn't able to figure out the exact issue.
Forgot to mention: The Network Card used for LAN Connection is: TP-LINK Gigabit PCI Express Network Adapter with Realtek Chipset

If you need urgent response please email us at customersupport@pfsense.org since we don't monitor forum actively nor it's considered as a "official" support channel.
That being said, for most of situations SG-2440 is more than enough however it depends of number of users you have and also which packages you want to have installed on pfSense (squid, snort etc.).

I think TPTB would also like to know your expected load in terms of users and traffic and additional packages you intend to use.
Also, there is a sort of consensus to try to use Intel NICs for best driver support and performance/stability.
