http://snapshots.pfsense.org/ still has a bunch of 2.2.3-DEVELOPMENT images (as well as 2.2.4-DEVELOPMENT). It is a bit confusing - maybe it is time to delete the old 2.2.3-DEVELOPMENT images?

Yeah they hadn't gotten old enough to be cleared automatically and didn't do so manually until now. They're gone.
