      Hi,

      I have installed 4GB ram on fresh install PFsense 2.2.3(X86), but it says "under 512 megabyte ram detected not enabling APC" on boot. ???

      avail memory = 3330772992 (3176 MB) in /var/log/dmesg.boot

      sysctl hw.physmem: hw.physmem: 3393335296

        install PFsense 2.2.3(X86)

        Why X_86 and not the X_64 version?

            Same problem on X64 version.

            Then something is used as swap or for var or other temporarily usage in the ram and
            this is only the available free memory.
