      I've been trying to setup BIND using these instructions: http://blog.muhammadattique.com/configuring-bind-dns-server-on-pfsense-firewall/#/ but I'm having trouble getting DNS to work on my LAN network running DHCP.

      Can someone help me correctly setup BIND?

      Here are my specs:

      pfsense 2.2.3
      bind 0.3.9

      LAN(DHCP) is 192.168.1.x

          I'm not able to get DNS to resolve on LAN but I started to play around with the settings under DHCP and added 192.168.1.1(LAN interface IP) as the DNS/GW and now DNS works.

            I am also trying to set up BIND on pfsense and no luck yet :S Could you please provide some information about what you did with your DHCP? Are you using any firewall rules? Thanks!
