      Hello,

So far i have a 2 wan interfaces and LAN. On Lan interface i created a rule that all my VOIP phone will use WAN1 and Computers WAN2. Wan1 is giving problems on quality, calls dropping, busy, etc. What i did is that i configured traffic shaping on both WAN-s. but i dont know what rule i need to configure, because i don's see traffic on Status: Traffic shaper: Queues - qVOIP.

Any help will be very much appreciated !!

      Thanks,

You could start off by showing the rule that is supposed to work.

Either via SSH or web-browser, run pftop and see which queues are getting their packet counts increased.

Please correct any obvious misinformation in my posts.

            If running via SSH, use:

            pftop -v queue

Have you run the wizard and created a default VoIP queue by filling in the Voice over IP page of the wizard?  For traffic-shaping you use the Floating rules tab.  Add a rule that directs traffic from your VoIP phones into qVoIP with your preferred WAN as the gateway.
