      ERROR

The requested URL could not be retrieved

While trying to retrieve the URL: http://exam1.unishivaji.ac.in:82/

      The following error was encountered:

      Access Denied.
Access control configuration prevents your request from being allowed at this time. Please contact your service provider if you feel this is incorrect.

      Your cache administrator is admin@localhost.
Generated Mon, 20 Jul 2015 08:46:04 GMT by localhost (squid/2.7.STABLE9)

Why am I not able to access that url? It uses port 82. Is it the port problem?

Because you have broken it with Squid.

Yes, it's the ports.  The default config only allows access through the following ports (this config is from squid3 in pfSense 2.2.2):

          acl safeports port 21 70 80 210 280 443 488 563 591 631 777 901  3128 3127 1025-65535
          acl sslports port 443 563

Just add the 82 port to squid 'safe ports' on the ACLs tab at the bottom.

I had the same issue with access phone carrier VM via VM app.

                In Squidguard,

Proxy filter SquidGuard: Common Access Control List (ACL)
and in Target Rules deny a list that has torrents.
