The problem is, I just trying to configure of using Load Balance&Fail over , applying(Tier1,Tier1,Tier1.) through they same gateway's,  same sub net mask , but the Last Gateway exist..

      Ex.
      1stgateway -255.255.255.0, 121.97.139.1 - it's working
      2ndgateway -255.255.255.0, 121.97.139.1 - it's working

But the 3rd Gateway exist! - not working
      3rdgateway -255.255.255.0, 121.97.139.1

Help:  anyone have any ideas of what I changed and what I need to do to this Configuration?

I am confused. How do you have three gateways with the same address?

And screenshots would be very helpful.

The problem is that you only have one gateway, so it will always only use one route.  You need to have two gateways with two different IP addresses for it to work properly.

yes sir mcmanus, thats right.. what is  the cause of  3 ip addresses & they same gateway exist in 1 route?

I tried  also to configure having different ip addresses 3 or 4 Isp is working also!  but this issue it's difficult for me. :) im not sure what is reason why not accepting to pfsense.

This will not work unless it's PPPoE.
