Hi, i'm not sure if this is the right place to post this but i chanced upon pfsense while looking for a solution for a multihommed network. I must say it works great and takes very little to setup. After a while this got me thinking, with QoS and traffic shaping capabilities, is it possible for me to setup a way to emulate a WAN enviroment?

Say 3 clients with 3 different bandwidth profiles and 3 servers with 3 different bandwidth profiles and maybe latency as well. If so how should i go setup such an enviroment? i've a spare IBM x330 with 10 NIC ports and a Cisco cataylst 2950 12 port switch, so i can either have VLAN or just the NICs but i'm quite lost as to how should i approach this problem.

      Regards,
      Freddie

Not in 1.2 but it is in 1.3-ALPHA.  We will be releasing a version soon.

In the meantime you can contribute to the traffic shaping bounty if you want an early version.  See the bounty section for more information.
