I am having issues with IPSec/L2TP connections on 2.2.4.

I have set up an L2TP/IPsec connection according to https://doc.pfsense.org/index.php/L2TP/IPsec#L2TP_Connect
      Relevant screenshots attached.

Using an Android 4.1.2, or 4.4.4, phone I can establish a connection to the IPSec tunnel, as shown in screenshots, but there is no traffic to the L2TP-daemon.
The phones are on the networks of different operators.

I have pass-all rules on the Floating, IPSec and L2TP interfaces, as per screenshots.

I see incoming L2TP traffic on WAN, port 1701, but no outgoing communication.

Previous issues with VPN have always been issues with the configuration, I assume that it is this time aswell. Does anyone have any idea where I should look for troubleshooting.

I'm going to be rude and bump this.

All pure IPSec tunnels works flawlessly.

I have exactly the same problem. And no solution.
