Prioritize Icecast / MPD Traffic Outbound for Radio Stream

I send a Icecast radio stream from my home server 24/7 using MPD which needs high priority from other internet traffic.

I have setup some traffic shaping rules, however, when I download a large file using HTTP, MPD loses connection with the Icecast server as it gets drained from bandwidth. I'm not sure why this is happening as the rules and traffic shaping look ok? (or maybe they are not..)

The remote Icecast server uses Port 80 and my home box is broadcasting the stream @ 128 kbit/s 44100Hz stereo
