    Pptp and pppoe server and aliases

      when the pppoe server is running there is an aliases created in /tmp/rules.debug for ng0 as a wan interface
      see the alias match below. I guess this has something to do with the pppoe wan connection settings.

      wan = "{ vlan1  ng0 }"

        ng0 == pppoe client.  this is normal.

          i must be missing something here we don't have pppoe on the wan interface.
          but we are running the pppoe server and ng0 is a pppoe server client address is it not.

            ng0 is DEDICATED to pppoe if its in use or not.
