Received a brand-new SG-2440. Imported config from current home-built unit figuring I'd just go through the settings and update for the new hardware. Was too much work so decided to factory reset the device and build from scratch.

Performed "reset to factory defaults" from the console, now unit won't boot. Gets to "Press F12 for boot menu" and if I select booting from the "USB MSC Drive Generic Ultra HS-Combo 1.98" device it just hangs indefinitely.

How can I blow this thing away and completely reinstall?

edit: managed to re-install, but there are two (?) wireless adapters. How do I configure them to present a standard SSID to the house?
