L2TP problem

Hi all
I want to make L2TP connection but after configuration step by step from guide and videos on YT it still not done and i can't connect to VPN
I have two WLAN, IP :
1. 192.162.167.38
2. 79.189.7.138
I try to make Rules for both WLAN's.

I am from Europe, i don't know why my home's IP is from CN - crazy, but for all users its the same logs, also for my friend.

To my knowledge there is nothing you can do.
normally it would still work if the mtu is set to automatic in the adapter settings (standard) unless the ISP is blocking ICMP traffic which is needed to automatically adjust the MTU value. (often done to prevent ddos attacks)
So you'd have to ask your ISP for a solution.
