Hey guys, I'm having a heck of a time trying to understand why I can't seem to install a certificate from Comodo (Specifically cheapsslsecurity.com)…

Step 1: Generate CSR from System > Certificate Manager > Certificates > Add or import certificate, then "Create a Certificate Signing Request".
Step 2: Upload CSR to Certificate Authority, request certificate.
Step 3: Receive Root Cert, 2 Intermediate Certs (COMODORSAAddTrustCA.crt and COMODORSADomainValidationSecureServerCA.crt), and the certificate I requested (netstacked.crt for instance)
Step 4: Click 'Edit' on the CSR line I created before, and input the text of netstacked.crt.

When I do this, everything works still, but if you go here:
    https://www.sslshopper.com/ssl-checker.html#hostname=sfo.netstacked.com

You see it needs a intermediate certificate to be trusted by all browsers, and of course now I can't edit the Certificate (Even if I don't use it) so in order to make changes to that cert, I will have to generate a CSR and do this process all over again. I've done this twice tonight and am pulling my hair out trying to remember why this was so easy a few years ago, and now I'm having such a hard time. Can someone please shed some light on how to get this to work properly?

Thank you guys a LOT in advance!

Edit about 12 hours later: Got it! Added root, intermediates as CA's restarted WebUI, and it all works!
