Issues installing packages… Constant Checksum errors...
-
Setup:
ESXi 5.5
Running multiple instances of PFSense on this box, but, no two machines are sharing a common NIC.
PFSense 2.2.4Ok, so, here's the issue, when I go to install a package, such as Squid3, or even the OpenVM Tools package, the download stops half way through, and PFSense starts to unpack the package only resulting in a checksum error because the download never finished. The download never pauses or anything of the sort, the WebGui just flat out goes straight to extracting. Squid3 constantly stops at 34%.
Is there a way to install these packages manually? I am not very familiar with command line like interfaces, but, would like to get packages that never gave me issues in 2.1.5 to work for once in 2.2.4… And yes, out of 6 different packages I have tried, they ALL end up with the same results.
