I am new to pFSense and I just received the SG-2440 appliance. I installed ntopng and I don't see it showing up under the diagnostics section. How do I got about accessing the GUI ?

        Re-install it again.

P.S. A reworked package that hopefully won't fail and screw settings on every other install is here: https://github.com/pfsense/pfsense-packages/pull/1064

Oooops. Yeah, never do that. It's not background operation.

No, you definitely do not need ntop.

I have installed NTOPNG, and occasionally use it for monitoring traffic. I opt to disable its service by unticking Check this to enable ntopng, but the service starts when my pfsense box reboots. Any though on this?

Are you going to post this to couple more threads as well? https://forum.pfsense.org/index.php?topic=101841.msg568022#msg568022

Thanks for all the help, since its working I will go ahead and lock this topic

For everyone else, the reason it didn't show up I didn't stay on the screen when the package was isntalling. Once I left the package re-install I had no problem accessing
