you can enable SSH and use WinSCP to transfer files to it via drag/drop
I believe there are products out there that can map a windows network drive to a scp/ssh connection..
you can't map it the traditional way without samba, which is unsupported on pfsense

Easiest program I know of to literally map a drive letter is called webdrive. Which can map a drive to FTP or SFTP (FTP over SSH) site. However the program is not free but does have a full evaluation version you can take a look at it at: http://www.webdrive.com/ One other choice I'm aware of is: http://www.sftpdrive.com/

If you don't need drive mapping and you are using Firefox there is an add on called FireFTP which is a great program that supports FTP and SFTP.
