I am not sure if it is even possible as of yet, but I am trying to figure out a way to log any and all file names that are requested from the web that goes through the pfsense box.

I have turned on all logging options for every package installed and still can not see any http gets or even the names of files in the log files.

What I would like to see is the name of the file, the size, protocol, and requesters identifying information.  I would also like to do this with web sites requested also.

Not sure what I am missing, so any help would be awesome.

      Thanks in advance.

You won't be able to see any requests for encrypted connections. What you think of as a "file" HTTP thinks is just a request. Just loading up a web page will issue hundreds of requests on many of these bloated web pages. Every image, every javascript file, every web page, is just a file to download.
