I am trying to get rid of my limited OLD Seagate NAS.
I have ordered a Mediasonic HF2-SU3S2  and 5 TB drives.
Need advice on how to use as NAS with my PFsense setup.
I have a Linksys 610n with DDWRT loaded.
      Thanks Jerry

pfSense and a NAS have nothing to do with each other.

          1. Set up NAS
          2. Set up pfSense
          3. Use both.
          4. Er…
          5. That's it.

Looks like that is more like an external NAS so you would tie it to another computer via USB3 or eSATA and then tie that computer to your pfSense installation.

I have several builds with this case using LSI SAS controller and NAS4Free. They are nice and cheap.

You really only bought a drive box, Not a NAS.
