      Last night I started received a warning about the timezone in he logs and on the dashboard:

      Warning: date(): It is not safe to rely on the system's timezone settings. You are *required* to use the date.timezone setting or the date_default_timezone_set() function. In case you used any of those methods and you are still getting this warning, you most likely misspelled the timezone identifier. We selected the timezone 'UTC' for now, but please set date.timezone to select your timezone. in /etc/inc/globals.inc on line 64 Warning: date():

      Today I setup a new usb boot stock and was going to do a fresh install for testing, but I am seeing the same thing!  Did some digging:

      grep zone /usr/local/etc/php.ini
      date.timezone="Etc/UTC"

      grep zone /usr/local/lib/php.ini
      date.timezone="Etc/UTC"

      grep zone /cf/conf/config.xml
      <timezone>America/New_York</timezone>

      looks like php.ini files are not being updated but even if I change them manually still get the warnings.  Any ideas?

      Thanks
      Tony
