      Dear all;
      I have started to get an error as ATA status error. Please refer the attachment. Also I have started to get more errors.

        Replace the failed hardware.

            Hmmm? Obviously bad cable/bad HDD/bad MB.

                i did a SMART test and obtained these results.

                            - 1GB x 2 RAMs
                              - DDR2
                            - 667 MHz
                            - ECC: Yes (ECC-Dimm)

                    • Mainboard, vendor, model, model number

                    -  Dell PowerEdge SC440
                        - Model No: CN-0YH299-70821-6A1-509G

                    • HDD/SDD drive or SD/CF Card, GB, vendor, model
                          - SATA
                          - 500GB
                          - Samsung
                          -Model : HD502HJ

                    pfSense:
                    32 Bit or
                    64 Bit
                    version number 2.1.x or 2.2.x : ) 2.2.4-RELEASE (i386

                    I have been running this system for nearly 2 months with minimum errors especially kernel errors. "approaching the limit on PV entries, consider increasingeither the vm.pmap.shpgperproc or the vm.pmam.pv_entry_max tunable"therefore i increased the vm.pmap.shpgperproc in the loder.conf to 500 . This is the only error that i got.

                        The last picture you have been posted and in the second line from above!
                        And yes your Samsung HDD is dead or creeping down!
