internet is slow when i use behind pfsense.

        What exactly is slow? 80 MBit/s from 100 MBit/s or 150 MBit/s from 1 GBit/s?

But the internet is fast when i direct connect to Gateway router.

What is the gateway router? A router pronounced by the ISP? Or a plain modem?

        • If this would be a router this would be then an so called double NAT or router cascade.
And you will loose 3% - 5% through the double NAT from all.
        • If this is a pure or plain modem and there will be no NAT or anything else this would be
no real thing that you get then the Internet data much much faster then with a real firewall
before your LAN or in front of your LAN.

pfsense system health is normal. please help.

All things such functions, options and features and also all optional installed packages in pfSense
will be narrowing down the entire speed and throughput of your firewall and then mostly beside of
your configuration the pure power of the hardware is matching and counting.

Despite the lack of details, it sounds like there is a link that is ending up in half-duplex mode somewhere in the setup.
Check that all links are correctly negotiating at full duplex.
