Goodmorning everyone, we are trying to implement an IPsec VPN between two remote sites: a pfSense 2.2.4 and an ASA 5520 (as the title). We have established a VPN between the two locations infact checking the status of the same (in pfSense) is connected and we have also created a firewall rule IPsec (* any as documentation); moral of the story the two locations not pinging together … Unfortunately, the ASA is not under our management (but by the provider) however pinging from the local site (pfSense) to the remote site our partner inform us that packets are not  received by the Cisco interface. I read between the various that it is not necessary to create the route for communication with the remote subnet.
      Does anyone have any ideas?
      Thank you.
