my max ISP is 5mbps (yeah its very slow)

1. I want to setup a priority bandwidth of 2mb for online gaming.
2. the remaining bandwidth is distributed in browsing the net.

Is it possible or not…

Im still a beginner in playing or setting bandwidth in PFSense

You might want to take a look at this thread and sideout's config for LAN party use. It is made specifically for giving priority to gaming.
