The reason why I run pfsense and multiple security software

Today at work I had a girl at her work station complaining that every time she tried opening an email the anti-virus wouldn't let her and couldn't  figure out that the attachment was a virus!!! This is the same women that complains that I am paranoid with my firewall settings when I have to tweek something in PFSense to access some websites.
